Fernando Vílchez & Andrea Morán
Andrea earned her degree in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication from the Carlos III University of Madrid. She is a film curator for the Filmadrid Film Festival, and a member of the Editorial Board of the magazine Caimán. A Cuadernos de Cine and collaborator on the television program Historia de Nuestro Cine. She wrote and directed the short film Espina: Historia de un regalo fallido (2013).
Fernando Vílchez Filmmaker and film curator. His films are the result of inquiries into Peruvian society based on archive footage and have been seen in Karlovy Vary, Buenos Aires, Tokyo, London and Havana. His short films La calma and Solo te puedo mostrar el color made their premieres at the Berlinale competition. Fernando has been a Jury Member at the Seville Film Festival (2015), Alcances (2016), Málaga (2017) and DocLisboa (2017) and the Director of Lima Independiente from 2012 to 2015. That year, he created the Filmadrid International Film Festival, a festival he has co-directed since 2015 in the city of Madrid.
